Made with some of my favorite ingredients.
Ingredients:
Per wrap:
- handful of cherry tomatoes, diced
- handful of spinach
- 2 eggs
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- handful of feta
- 1 whole wheat wrap
- 2 tablespoons sun-dried tomato paste
Instructions:
- Lightly grease a pan and add your spinach and tomatoes. Saute until spinach has wilted.

In a bowl, scramble your eggs and season with salt and pepper.

Pour egg mix over spinach and tomatoes, tilting the pan to enture that it spreads over the entire pan. Add the feta on top.
- Spread the sun-dried tomato paste over one side of your whole wheat wrap.
- Place the wrap on top of the eggs on the pan.

Flip over such that the wrap is at the base of the pan.

Leave wrap until it is heated/toasted and then fold it into your desired shape.

Rremove from heat, slice it how you would like, and enjoy!
