Indian Tzatziki equivalent!

Ingredients:

Per 3-4 servings:

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/3 english cucumber, minced
  • 2-3 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • cayenne, as garnish
  • parsley, as garnish

Instructions:

  • In a small bowl, combine all of the ingredients except the cayenne and parsley.

  • Top with the cayenne and parsley, and serve cold! It works well as a side with really any indian dish.
