Indian Tzatziki equivalent!
Ingredients:
Per 3-4 servings:
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/3 english cucumber, minced
- 2-3 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- cayenne, as garnish
- parsley, as garnish
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, combine all of the ingredients except the cayenne and parsley.
- Top with the cayenne and parsley, and serve cold! It works well as a side with really any indian dish.
