No sauce no problem.
Traditionally made with spaghetti - feel free to use that instead of ziti!
Ingredients:
Per ~1-2 servings:
- 1/4 lb ziti (1/4 of a standard box) or other pasta of choice
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2-3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 teaspoons chili seasoning of choice (I used a mix of red pepper flakes and Italian seasoning)
- handful of parsley, chopped
- salt, to taste
- parmesan, to taste (optional)
Instructions:

Cook the pasta according to al dente instructions on the package. Save 1/2 cup pasta water before draining.

Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic and cook for a minute.
- Add chili seasoning and cook for another minute.
- Add the pasta along with ~1/4 cup pasta water and give it a good stir.
- Add the parsley and parmesan, if using. Add additional salt and pasta water if needed.
- Enjoy!
