Short ingredient list!

Ingredients:

Per serving:

  • 1/2 cup cooked rice (I used Right Rice for a healthier option)
  • 2 eggs
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon furikake (optional)
  • 1 packet (5g) seaweed snack

Instructions:

  • Lightly grease a pan and fry both of your eggs. Season with salt and pepper.

  • In a bowl, add your cooked rice and 1 tablespoon of butter.

  • Add your sauces and seasonings.

  • Using a fork, break up your eggs and give your bowl a good mix.
