Ingredients:
Per serving:
- 1/2 cup cooked rice (I used Right Rice for a healthier option)
- 2 eggs
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon furikake (optional)
- 1 packet (5g) seaweed snack
Instructions:
- Lightly grease a pan and fry both of your eggs. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, add your cooked rice and 1 tablespoon of butter.
- Add your fried eggs.
- Add your sauces and seasonings.
- Using a fork, break up your eggs and give your bowl a good mix.
- Enjoy with seaweed snacks!
