The modified version of a traditional Greek dish!

Ingredients:

Per ~5 toasts:

  • 5 slices of hearty bread
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • Handful of olives
  • Handful of capers
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup feta

Instructions:

  • Toast your bread to desired level and then lather up each slice with butter.

  • Grate your tomatoes or dice finely. Place them in a strainer and press down to drain out any excess water.

  • Spread the tomatos over the toast.

  • Top with olives, capers, pepper, and feta. Enjoy!
