The modified version of a traditional Greek dish!
Ingredients:
Per ~5 toasts:
- 5 slices of hearty bread
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 large tomatoes
- Handful of olives
- Handful of capers
- Pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup feta
Instructions:
- Toast your bread to desired level and then lather up each slice with butter.

Grate your tomatoes or dice finely. Place them in a strainer and press down to drain out any excess water.

Spread the tomatos over the toast.
- Top with olives, capers, pepper, and feta. Enjoy!
