The most beautiful thing to come out of plain greek yogurt.

Ingredients:

Per 4 servings:

  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 persian cucumber, diced or minced (or use 3/4 if you love cucumbers a little less than I do. Peeling the cucumber is optional)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  • Mix all of the ingredients and enjoy!
