The most beautiful thing to come out of plain greek yogurt.
Ingredients:
Per 4 servings:
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 1 persian cucumber, diced or minced (or use 3/4 if you love cucumbers a little less than I do. Peeling the cucumber is optional)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
