Ingredients:
Per 2 servings:
- 1 salmon fillet (~ 1 lb)
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive or avocado oil
- lemon wedge, as garnish
- cilantro or parsley, as garnish
Instructions:
- In a medium bowl, add all of the ingredients. Cover and let it marinate for at least 2 hours.

To cook the salmon, you can air fry, grill, or bake.

For air frying - preheat to 400 degrees. Cook ~7 minutes on one side, and then flip and cook for another ~3 minutes.

Add garnishes and enjoy!
