My dad’s classic recipe.

Ingredients:

Per 2 servings:

  • 1 salmon fillet (~ 1 lb)
  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive or avocado oil
  • lemon wedge, as garnish
  • cilantro or parsley, as garnish

Instructions:

  • In a medium bowl, add all of the ingredients. Cover and let it marinate for at least 2 hours.

  • To cook the salmon, you can air fry, grill, or bake.

  • For air frying - preheat to 400 degrees. Cook ~7 minutes on one side, and then flip and cook for another ~3 minutes.

  • Add garnishes and enjoy!
