Ingredients:

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup dry pasta of choice (we used elbows)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup tomato puree
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- handful of finely chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon cayenne, chili flakes, paprika powder
- 2 teaspoons oregano
Instructions:

Cook pasta according to directions. When cooked, strain excess water and run the pasta under cold water to cool.

In a pan, heat olive oil. Add bell peppers and saute for a few minutes. Add tomato puree and cook for another few minutes. Remove from heat.

In a bowl, combine your pasta, bell pepper + tomato puree mix, and all of your seasonings. Eat as is or after cooling in the refrigerator for a few hours.
